Meet the Founder
Carley Dhand is the founder of Arisien Consultancy and a senior employment law solicitor, qualified in 2015, with extensive experience advising businesses and individuals on employment law matters.
She began her career in high-street practice, developing a strong foundation in hands-on, client-focused employment advice. She later progressed to advising within larger regional and international law firms, acting for SMEs, senior executives, and professionals across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, professional services, recruitment and manufacturing and engineering.
This breadth of experience enables Carley to understand not only the legal issues clients face, but the commercial realities that sit behind them. Her advice is practical, decisive, and shaped by how workplaces operate in practice - not just how the law works on paper.
Carley's work has been recognised by The Legal 500, where she was nominated as a Leading Associate in the North West, one of only three employment lawyers in the region to receive that recognition.
